Hardphone connection issue to FreePBX

Hi everyone,

I’ve successfully installed FreePBX, and here’s my setup:
Trunk: already created and registered.
9 extensions: all working fine on MicroSIP (softphone) no issues with inbound/outbound calls.

The problem starts when I connect the extensions to hardphones:
Extension 1003 – Yealink T43U: Outbound calls work fine, but inbound calls don’t reach the phone.
Extension 1002 – Grandstream GRP2602P:** Same issue — outbound calls work, but inbound calls fail.

To troubleshoot, I swapped the extensions between the phones. The issue follows the extension, not the phone:
Extension 1003 can only receive inbound calls.
Extension 1002 can only make outbound calls.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can suggest what to check next?

If they have the same issue, they are interchangeable with regard to the issue so I don’t understand what extra information you think this is giving.

A failure to receive incoming calls suggests they are not registering.

You have not said which channel driver you are using.
