Hangup one site, other site stays active

Hi All,
I have issue with when i call an extension and other party pickup When they hangup my line still stay active example

5000 calls 5001 when 5001 hangup 5000 still will show active .

it is hard to tell you why can not hangup. you have to check the hangup detection from your extensions(SIP or FXS).
