Dear All ,
I have a problem with my freepbx box. 3 of the agents cannot getting calls , because they seems to be busy with another calls. The Call duration shows in their extension. But these users were already disconnected. I have read about Hangup Detection , but i think its not working for me ?? What could be the problem ??
