Hangup cause 21 and 34

Hi there so for over a week ive been trying different things to make outbound calls on my Xinix sip trunk and I have failed technical support from Xinix has failed and nobody can tell me why I can not make outbound calls I have tryed different dial plans all varying in hangup cause 21 or 34 don’t know whats going on and struggling to find the reason why can anyone help please my freepbx is installed on debian 12 on a vps I have all ports available and I can recieve incoming calls without an issue just cant make any outbound calls with all circuits are busy I am in the u by the way

21 is call rejected, which likely means the provider didn’t recognize you, you provided incorrect authentication, or you broke some other rule.

34 may have been generated locally to mean that Asterisk was unable to validate connectivity to the provider.

In this case, doing so whilst the CLI command “pjsip set logger on” (or equivalent for obsolete or non-SIP drivers) is in effect is likely to be of additional help…
