GUI CPU 100% but Cli <10%

I do encounter an issue here, where by the FreePBX show 100% cpu utilization, constant never drop, but when i check with CLI “top” command it shown only <10%.

My current version ;

Asterisk 1.4.34
FreePBX 2.4

I believe the CLI will be the real cpu utilization, but to customer they will refer to FreePBX cpu utilization. Pls advice. Thanks.

Yes update your FreePBX to something done in the last few years. 2.4 is 5-6 years old and nobody can assist you with that old of a version not to mention all the security vulnerabilities.
