How to recording call the picked up call which called extension is not enable call record. For example my extension 101 which is set to ‘ALWAYS’ record both inbound call outbound call and do call pick up from extension 102 which is set call record to ‘NONE’. After finish there is no call record created. How could we solve this issue ?. Thank you
Since ext 102 picked up the call you would have to set ext 02 to record always.
This is not reasonable. I want only record on ext 101 whenever ext 101 made in or out call (this will like extension side tapped recording). If enable ext 102 to record ALWAYS then I will get many unwanted record of ext 102.
Do you have other solutions to do like extension tapped recording ?
