Grandstream HT802 as Extension with TLS Enable

Hi all,
i enable SIP TLS on FreePbx and it works fine with every extension.
I configured a Grandstream HT802 as Extension: with UDP it works fine, but if i enable (on HT802) TLS, the registration request on Freepbx is missing.
Any advice?

The issue is related to GS HT802. Waiting for support from Engineers.
