Grandstream gxw 4248

I am installing a freepbx where I need to use an fxs device for some of our phones. I set up the installation with this grandstream device. It seems to have worked. I tried to add extensions with the bulk add and it seems to have thrown the whole thing off. First it error-ed out but the extensions were created(they just didn’t show on the Freepbx GUI) I went in and manually set up the some extensions and they seem to work however the device is dropping the connection. When I pick up my phone i get a recording that says check my internet connection which I know is good as my regular phones still work. Any ideas why I am losing my connection. Also in the Asterisk’s report i have alot of lines that says the extension has been deleted.

Any Ideas

Why do you have two different ports for PJSIP? Most likely, it is either a port issue or user/pass issue.

i’M NOT SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY A PORT ISSUE. i DIDN’T CHANGE THE PORTS ON PURPOSE(i WOULDN’T KNOW HOW)
As far as the password goes it is possible as do to the mess up with bulk add, after I add the extension manually i have to edit it to put the password in a second time. I am working on that end of it

The GXW uses a different source port for each extension. This is normal and not a problem.

I would think that if you create one extension manually and confirm that it’s working properly, you should be able to bulk export, modify the CSV file to include all the new extensions in the same format, then bulk import the result. If this doesn’t work, report whether the new extensions appear the same in the GUI, and whether submitting an extension (with no changes) followed by apply config allows that extension to work.
