I’ve tried to configure a Grandstream GXW4104 all day and I can’t get the damned thing working. Incoming calls are sort of working, but outgoing calls come back with this error:

[2014-01-19 19:53:51] VERBOSE[21179][C-0000003b] app_dial.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
I paid for an hour of support from FreePBX, but didn’t realize when I bought it that it expires after only three months. Grrr. Not cool. Didn’t even get an email that they were about to take my money.
I’d gladly PayPal $100 to somebody who can set this thing up for me.
I have a FreePBX distro new installation running on a Proxmox VM on a Poweredge 1950 server behind a pfSense router and four Verizon lines plugged into the GXW4104.
