hi, I just unboxed a grandstream gvx-3275. looks sweet, but when i go into commercial epm, and add the 3275 to my template, i get no line assignments, just softkeys. when i boot up the phone, it connects to freepbx with no issue, but as you might suspect, there is only one line presented. i have 2 on all my phones for con calls etc.
how do i get the second line on this phone when the template does not list any lines at all? should i open a ticket? anyone have experience with this phone?
