I am using the SImonics gateway to send a GV number to an IVR. Outbound works fine.
Inbound just doesn’t. no incoming call is even registered in the console. just rings at google and eventually goes to google voicemail.
Not seeing anything in the way of errors. Fully up to date.
This has been working in this config for years. Any ideas where to start?
I’ve heard google voice was changing the way things were being done and that things would stop working soon. Maybe that’s what happened.
ugg. looks like Simonics blew up their production servers trying to switch over to the new protocol.
