Hi i have freePBX & predictive dialler and i have tried to make a queue, after the caller connects to the queue fail to a IVR in 0-1 second. But i can not make the queue do this.
Can anyone help me please???
I have made a queue but the callers will just stay in the queues but i would like them to go to an IVR.
