Getting Phantom Calls

I am getting several calls an hour from an extension 100 (that does not exist) to one of my ring groups. Very similar to this thread:

When I try to view the reports on the web interface, I get this “YOU MUST ACCESS THE CDR THROUGH THE ASTERISK MANAGEMENT PORTAL!”.

Does anyone have any info on tracing these calls and also why I cannot access the reports tab on the interface?


I was able to fix the CDR issue with this fix:

However, the logs do not show the phantom calls.

If it is a failed call, likely won’t see it. Do you enable anonymous sip calling?

I am not sure. Where would I check that?
