Getting a missed call from FreePBX ip address?

Hi guys,
As the title says, this morning I say a missed call notification on my Sangoma S500, and I see the FreePBX server IP address (192.168.111.2)
Any ideas?

To start take a look at CDR reports if you see any activity at that time.

I think it is just a mass scammer calls (that everyone gets)…
