Hi, I am new to FreePBX but have experience with other VOIP Software.
FreePBX PBX Firmware: 2.210.62-3
The FTP does not start.
vsftpd will not start on start up.
It is in /etc/rc.d/init.d
If I use sudo service vsftpd status it reports “vsftpd is stopped”
I can manually start it, but I would prefer it be automatic.
Anyone have an idea why it is not running?
Guess - Because it’s not enabled in /etx/initd.d
Use chkconfig to see runlevels

Thank you for your response.
I looked in the /etx/initd.d and found vsftpd, but it was full of code that I could not understand.
Nothing simple like “on” or “off”.
When you say “Use chkconfig to see runlevels” what exactly does this mean?
Also, how would I do that to get some type of meaningful results?
Thanks again.

I was able to resolve it.
