It mentions that the updated ISOs should be available on the download site. But on the download site the latest version is mentions a release date of May 2019.
From where can I download FreePBX 15 announced on the 31st of October?

Read and follow the established thread. Seems like some miscommunications surrounding the official deployment date, and some concerns with a number of the modules having to be edge still. IF you are using it for production, it doesn’t seem like now is the time. If you are wanting to test, it sounds like you can use the built in upgrader tool (under admin).
