I am starting to work with FreePBX14 and have a system set to New York time. The system has been rebooted and I am getting a time 4hr ahead of the actual time. DNS seems to be working fine.
From the command line: date Mon May 14 15:25:02 EDT 2018
Actual is May 14 11:25:02
Because your time is off by more than an hour your going to have to set the time manually then try to start ntp
