FreePBX x Panasonic NS300 call drops after 30s

Hi,

New user here and needs help on this, when I call using freepbx to local of panasonic, it always drops 30s but local panasonic to freepbx doesn’t drop.

Port to Listen On is port 5060 same with the panasonic port. NAT Settings on General SIP Settings Tab is also configured.

Check firewall UDP timeout

just check our firewall udp and do some configs, I think I’m gonna do direct connection due to we have many connections (Vlans) on our side.
