hi,

  1. is it possible to get the webinterface in german language?
  2. admin, administrators if i click to add user, i fall back to the main menu. how can i create admins with custom rights?

is it possible to get the webinterface in german language? // go to advance setting, there is GUI section, you can let the system show languages,the GUI will show all supported language to the top if german is there, you can click and save. the GUI will shows german.
