FreePBX V13.0.190.7 and the XMPP Module Question

So I have my prosody server running and my XMPP daemon running with FreePBX.

I can see the presence of X extension line when I go in the user control panel, but the presence does not change if the phone line is busy, it always stays available even though the phone line is busy.

Is this a normal functionality of the XMPP module of FreePBX or should it display the correct presence icon depending on the status of the phone line?

This is normal. To have presence with XMPP you’d need to have a licensed version of Rest Apps. Confusing I know. Something we want to fix.

And still on that we do not change status based on line state. Only based on presence from Asterisk. Which does not change based on line state.
