Logging onto my freePBX this morning shows unregistered, prompted to activate, was working fine yesterday afternoon.
Activation fails with my Deployment ID - claims ID already licensed to different host ![]()
Can you Reset Hardware Lock for that Deployment ID in the Sangoma Portal? Do that and then try activating again.

Two days later system deactivated again ![]()
No more resets available.
I do not know what causes this action, where do I look for any clues?
Hi, Please make sure that time date is on sometimes licensing fail2 if time is off, consider checking the asterisk & httpd logs make sure one more thing that your pbx is reaching sangoma licensing servers.
