FreePBX UCP Error - IE not logging in

Good evening everyone,

Running into an error when trying to log in to UCP using Internet Explorer.
I am not having this issue with Chrome, but I have a couple users who need to use IE for certain things here.

This is the error and when I press F12 it comes up blank.
I did do a CTRL+F5 and I get more information on the to reload I will show a screenshot of that below.
I did do server updates on Saturday night and I updated FreePBX to the latest ver.14.0.5.25 since I did this all of my computer users who run IE for a browser have not been able to login.

This is the CTRL+F5 reload data:

SCRIPT1002: Syntax error
jsphp_dd7228915f44f3fd1ea1a483849bb4e1.js (31153,37)

I don’t know if this means anything to anyone, but I don’t have a clue.

Thank you for any help you might be able to provide!

Kind regards,
Chuck

Can you post your UCP version, as well as your IE version? I’ll try to reproduce this.

I am not 100% sure where the version of UCP is located.
My FreePBX Version is 14.0.5.25
Internet Explorer 11 Version: 11.253.17763.0

Under module admin look for User Control Panel.
Or run

fwconsole ma list | grep ucp

Thank you!

UCP is 14.0.3.1

IE is not supported by us and has lots of issues with modern things like web sockets and other things we use. MS itself abandoned it for Edge and now Edge is moving to chromium. Please use chrome or Firefox. You won’t get UCP support with IE from us.
