Hi Guys,
im new to this Distro and so far ive liked it a lot…
im planning on implementing this to a business that i own saving me some money on calling rates…
i have configured the distro on a VM and created a few extensions, an IVR and an inbound route…
i also was able to connect 2 softphones…
My question comes here…
if i dial 7777 it goes to the IVR but on the Statistics does not appear as external call, only active…
if i dial the extension directly from the other softphone it happens the same thing (no internal call count, only active)
ive tried looking for this and had no success…
Can you please help me on how to check this??
