FreePBX Softphone 20 user purchase

HI All

I need help please, my license expired for the FreePBX Softphone 20 users a couple of days ago and only bought a new license yesterday.

Payment went though and got my invoice but when I try to access the Sangoma Connect module in FreePBX menu it still asks me to Buy the module.

Did I overlook something?

Yes and up to date

Does it show the licences as valid in SysAdmin? If not, I recommend waiting for the activation to update overnight.

Standard procedure for licensing issues related to purchase is to open a support ticket. This is resolved now.
