Freepbx Responsive Firewall blocking phones

We have had a couple Mondays where the responsive firewall blocked all of the phones of certain clients. 10-15 phones from a remote location and they could not connect. In order to get them online we had to restart the firewall which removed them from the block list, a block list that took 10 minutes to load ~_~. Seems to happen during the weekend when no one is using the phones for some reason.

Are there any logs that can tell me why these clients are getting blocked?
