Freepbx Reports not working

Hello,

I have freepbx 2.8 and asterisk 1.6
I have installed the AseriskNow 1.7 bundle.
The problem is that the system is not recording the call logs.
on the freepbx GUI its says No Data Found!

i have installed the addons for asterisk 1.6 and still it is not working.

can somebody help me troubleshoot? or suggest a solution

you installed the addons. did you configure so that it knows how to connect to the database [cdr_mysql.conf].

there should be a sample created by the install /etc/asterisk/cdr_mysql.conf

make sure that the database parameters are all correct.

actually when i do a “show module like sql” in the asterisk CLI it says that no modules are loaded…

Hy,

You have to install asterisk addons !!!
In fact, with this addons, there are asterisk addons mysql.
Per example, with asterisknow, freepbx 2.7 ans asterisk 1.4 :
yum install asterisk-addons

Reboot, and it’s ok.

Or, you can download asterisk addons on freepbx.org, section “downloads”

i mentioned in my previous that i already installed the addons and rebooted and still it didnt work!!
