FreePBX RC1 to GA

I gave RC1 installed. Can I just update to GA, or do I have to re-install?

Since they aren’t doing anything except overlaying a standard install all you have to do is package updates

Sorry for the probably stupid question: I’m not 1000% sure if I installed the RC1 version or the beta release… How can I check this? Framework version == 17.0.17.

Let’s say I’m already using the RC1 version… Should I just:

  • Upgrade the Framework
  • apt-get update

… To use the GA one?

It should be as simple as sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade && fwconsole ma upgradeall

17.0.17 is RC one. Do a module update, it will bring you to 17.0.19, the GA.
