Hi, Observed Freepbx 15.0.16.18 is not calling queue static agents!, agents status is like this:
Members:
mansour (Local/101@from-queue/n from hint:101@ext-local) (ringinuse disabled) (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
I tried to add queue members manually from Asterisk CMD, working fine!
please advise
If the status of the extension is unavailable, the queue will obviously not ring that extension.
Assuming this extension is actually online, try to set this extension as a dynamic member, log in with *45, and post the output of queue show 901
