Hi. I’m trying to install a new freepbx system linked to asterisk. I’m running asterisk 18.20.0 and freepbx 16.0. I’m having php compatibility issues. I was running php 8.2 and am unsure if it is compatible. According to a 2022 topic on here I may have to install php 7.4. Please advise the best way to move forward. I’m new to FreePBX as well so any advice you guys would have would be awesome. Thanks so much guys!
FreePBX 16 requires PHP 7.4 but if you want to make it easier on yourself you can just install from the official ISO. It’ll setup the OS and all dependencies for you.
