Hello all,
I am hoping someone can help me, I am trying to call internationally but for some reason my system is sending the call to the carrier as a national number. They suggested I either send the number as an unknown or send it as international and strip the 011. I have no idea how to do this with the system. I am sorry I am not familiar with this system and the guy who knows it is no available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just so you have all the information:
I am on Astrik 11.21.2
FreePBX 13.0.190.12
I have a dial plan for 011. with 9 for the prefix.
