FreePBX Locking up Sangoma s705 Phones

I have a system that will lock up Sangoma s705 phones a couple times a day. This occurs with several different phone extensions. The phone screen goes blank (dark) and the office needs to pull the power to reset it. Call volume does not seem to be excessive, I cannot find a root cause to this issue. Any suggestions?

We’ve had this same issue with these phones and never figured out the root cause. It seemed to have gotten better for us at the latest firmware but the freezes still happen for us occasionally.

Thank you for the response. I tried the latest firmware, but it did not help. I may try to swap out with a different Sangoma model phone. I requested Sangoma for assistance with their phone, but they closed the ticket as they want credit hours to support the phone… I may need to switch to a different vendor completely.

I will post an update when I have one.
