FreePBX language translation not working

I have installed freepbx 16 in ubuntu everything works fine except GUI language translation.
When I try to select other languages it dosen’t change and is fixed to english. Since this is a custom install is their anything I am missing?

Found the Solution for ubuntu installation:

  1. locale -a ::to check if language present
  2. sudo locale-gen ja_JP.UTF-8 :: install desired language for me it was japan
    3)Then restart freepbx
