FreePBX is sending channel name and CID to callerID

I upgraded my system from the 13 version to

Current PBX Version:16.0.40.8
Current System Version: 12.7.8-2306-1.sng7

Now for all incoming and outgoing call the PBX is sending the CID along with the ext number.

if I dial a branch office they now see my ext as 92242748%3aExt#
and if I receive a call I am seeing a similar info in my callerID, which is confusing, because I have follow-me in place and my cellphone provider is blocking some of those calls due to spam.

I checked the Trunk, inbound and outbound routes set specific CID, nothing seems to be working.

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix the issue?

Welcome to the forum!

You might want to post a few logs, similar to this other recent post.

All the highlighter info is passed to the caller ID along with the ext number (114).

You might try moving through each of the trunks and routes and extensions; and one-by-one, start saving them - so a bit more than reviewing them - in order to force push new values in to the database. Sometimes new defaults are added in new versions of the software and the old portions of your configuration need placeholders for the new values.

Or, you might try re-making new trunks and routes, with a copy of the old ones in a separate window/tab so you can copy-pasta important parts, then delete the old ones.
