FreePBX integration with Zoho CRM

Has anyone successfully integrated the Zoho CRM with FreePBX and got the incoming call records?
We are seeing everything for outbound calls, but nothing for incoming calls even though answering the calls open the CRM contact or account…
Any proven solutions would be welcome.

Does any one know what the solution could be? Everything works except that inbound call logging.
