FreePBX integration with MS Dynamics CRM

I have a customer that is implementing MS Dynamics CRM. They are currently using FreePBX as their phone system. They want to integrate their phone system and CRM system. They are looking at using the existing FreePBX system or MS Lync. Can anyone comment on their experiences integrating FreePBX with MS Dynamics CRM and MS Outlook?

I have looked at OutCall and am looking at isymphony as the connector between FreePBX and MS Dynamics, byt I am not finding much info. Any help would be appreciated.
