FreePBX hangs random

HI Guys

I am using Freepbx 16.0.40.13. Some time it hangs and start working fine. it happens multiple times in day , every day.
I cannot access in browser and take SSH that time. users wont be able to call internal and external.
During this time CPU , memory usage is very normal.

Please suggest.
