Moved FreePBX server from one location in Philadelphia to a different location north in Pennsylvania, a town called Gibson. The server was configured and working in Philadelphia, but had a great deal of Firewall issues when moved. Mahadev (my Sangoma tech) is amazing and helped me work through the issues. As a team we cleaned up a lot in the firewall and mis-configurations we found in the system. The system is now stable, and I have successfully and testing new extensions. I am very very happy with the support Mahadev gave to me, he was efficient, professional and friendly. I look forward to working with Mahadev in the future! Sangoma support is awesome!
