I already deleted the extends 8002, but when i add a new 8002,error occured :" 8002 extension number already in use by 8002". Anyone can tell me how to delete this dirty data? thx.
After you deleted the prior extension 8002, did you do an apply? Otherwise it won’t know that its gone and give that error.

Try to check the dialplan here:
http://your_system/admin/config.php?display=printextensions
You should see everything used as numbers.
I fix it. some action is doing while delete this extension. When i delete another and commit configuration. It works well.
