FreePBX doesn't work well after restart

Hello. I am currently setting up a FreePBX Call Center with Asterisk. Everything works fine, but when I restart the VM holding my Asterisk distribution and I make a call, suddenly CDRs start getting duplicated, the voices feel robotic and the buttons (with the associated IVRs) do not work (so the caller can not leave a VoiceMail when pressing 2, for example).

The interesting and funny thing is that after approximately 1 hour running, everything starts working fine without doing anything.

Has someone ever had this bug or something similar? Thank you.

We need to see debugs of when this is happening.

Logs look completely normal. No difference between the moments where PBX is working fine and when it is not.

So you ran debugs and PCAPs while testing the DTMF and nothing shows to be unusual? I highly doubt that. However, if we ask for things and you don’t provide them with any details we really can’t help pinpoint or solve this issue.
