Good afternoon, I would like some help with the following case:
I have 3 telephone lines installed on an AEX410 FXO board, configured as follows:
3 trunks, one for each line, 3 entry routes and 3 exit routes and 15 extensions, these extensions make internal and external connections.
I created an IVR menu with 3 options, and everything has worked correctly, however, when we receive external calls, the caller’s number is not identified, instead the server’s IP is displayed.
I have already added several dialing formats and even purchased the caller ID management module, but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone ever gone through something similar?
