I created a new FreePBX FreePBX 16.0.33 .
I activated the “Customer Relationship Management Link” module and correctly connected the CRMZOHO as shown in the image, the information seems to pass (I made 2 test calls) but on zoho I do not see the specifications of the calls made. Is there still something to change?
Where can I find them?
What its saying, FreePBX → CRM Setup–> Zoho API Status ?
Also check that Wiki, I think You have to check CRM API Status and User Manager settings for User to allow use CRM
all steps are done.
It would be helpful to know if freepbx uses API V2, Zoho uses the new API V3.
Does anyone have the freepbx CRM link module up and running with Zoho CRM?
