Since a few days ago FreePBX community page was down.
Afterward been restored, it can’t login (login error), even if try password reset link, no email received.
Upon restoration FreePBX community web page, users accounts have lost?
Is anyway to recover?
I had to do a password reset. Did you check your spam folder

We are working on synchronizing the < 5% of accounts for which we preserved posts but lost user IDs.
If you added an account on March 18 or March 19, then yes please re-add it.

Since I couldn’t restore the account, I subscribed for a new one.
Is it the same username as before ?
Also were you using an Atlassian login ?
And when (appx) did you make your previous account here on the forum ?
No, it’s not the same user name
Not using Atlassian login.
Previous account was created before 2020.
