Hi, I’m new to this Forum. I want to set FreePBX to forward the call to another extension if the Dialled Channel is not available ( Phone off, not connected ). I got success doing this on the graphical interface. But I have hundreds of users. So I want to set this option in CSV file and bulk update. I Tried changing chanunavail_dest,sendpid, trustpid , sendrpid and trustrpid… but nothing worked. Can anyone help me
Looks like there is an issue with importing Optional Destinations using Bulk Handler. Export appears to work as expected, but import doesn’t. Open a bug ticket at http://issues.freepbx.org/
and also after I create this setting successfully using GUI and export and import the same file, it doesn’t work. I’ll create a Bug
