Hi! My calls from my PBX are hanging up after 30 seconds. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how I can fix it? Thanks!
Most probable cause: misconfigured NAT parameters
Go to Settings > Asterisk SIP Settings > Under Nat Settings click on “Detect Network Settings”, Apply and try again.
Also, are you sure you are forwarding RTP ports on your router? (10000-20000 UDP)
