Hello everyone, I have purchased two SNOM 710 phones for the switchboard of my small business. The phone itself works well, I have configured the extensions and it can receive and make calls.
It has 5 configurable keys, I wanted to use the first one to enter and exit the queues when a customer calls the switchboard. The problem is that in the phone settings I set function key 1 with BLF and the number *46, but I wanted the key to stay lit green when in a queue and turn red/go off when out of the queue. How can I do this? I am attaching some screenshots.
