I figured it out now. Omit the < >, thank you for help. It was real tricky on that problem.

Yes, but on the user and password, user: 15 alphabetical characters, and password: 30 alphabetical characters.

Angle brackets are a very long standing computing convention, going back at least as far as 1960, to indicate that what they contain is not to be taken literally, but names the sort of information they represent.
Other commonly used ones are square brackets, for optional, curly brackets for choose one, and vertical bar between alternatives.
You will often find these used, without explanation, when describing input formats.
