According to the Wiki, there is a tab in the User Management when adding a new user to allow access to the web interface.

Thanks for the reply, but no such setting is available in “Advanced Settings.”
Yes. It is. Enable “Display Readonly Settings, Override Readonly Settings”.
Then you’ll need to change Authorization Type in Advanced settings to “usermanager”
