I created a fresh install. I have incoming calls, but I cannot make outgoing calls. whenever I try to I get “All Circuits are busy now” message. I followed the GXW410 guide.
This is an old guide, based on chan_sip, which by default is not present in FreePBX 17. Did you adapt the guide for pjsip (recommended)? Or did you downgrade Asterisk, install chan_sip and change port settings so Bind Port is 5060? Or, some other adaptation?
At the Asterisk command prompt, type
pjsip set logger on
or
sip set debug on
as appropriate, attempt a call to 18004377950, paste the Asterisk log for the call at pastebin.com and post the link here.
Also, please post screenshots of your FXO ports and related settings.
