FreePBX 17 webadmin crashed

When i reboot freepbx server i have this problem on screens… how to fix it?

so, after that helps only revert esxi snapshot…

And when i star fwconsole reload i have this error:

also try to restart the apache2 service and check please.

it dont helps, after reboot i see kernel panic and thats all…

Looks like your underlying system that’s running FreePBX might be dead.

problem fixed. Debian 12 after each reboot change sda1 … sdb1 … etc randomly. and when i map new disk in fstab by /dev/sdb1… for asterisk/monitor folder
So when i map disk by UUID i fix this problem.
