FreePBX 17 Voice Calls Now Disconnect

Hello Everyone,

I had a hosted FreePBX 16 Instance hosted on Vultr with calls being terminated by a truck through Voip.MS. It worked correctly. However, I decided to upgrade to FreePBX 17, so I installed Debian on Hetzner and ran the install script provided by FreePBX to install Once installed, I performed a restore of a backup from the FreePBX 16 instance on FreePBX 17 and pointed my dns records to the new IP address of the FreePBX 17 instance on Hetzner. I rebooted the phones and they found the new instance and the FreePBX 17 dashboard shows connectivity to the phones and trunks.

However, now any calls made out from the PBX will disconnect after approximately 30 seconds. Calls made from an external source in to the PBX will remain connected indefinitely.

How do I begin troubleshooting this issue?

Generally sip timer so check your NAT/Firewall settings and best to take pcap to analysis the call.
